What is your service area?

Yate and surrounding areas.

Do I have to be at home during the service?

Not at all. Most of our clients provide over a key or key code.

When do you usually visit?

As frequently as you need. We can schedule. Most clients select once or twice a week, but we can also visit bi-weekly (once every two weeks) or once per month (once every four weeks).

When and what day will you arrive to clean?

You get to choose the day and hour upon our availability. We clean from 8 am to 6 pm, Monday through Friday. Our clients receive reliable, excellent service at convenient hours!

What if I'm not satisfied?

Staff are human beings, and sometimes they make mistakes. For this reason, Ayon Clean offers a guarantee. If you're not satisfied with any areas that have been cleaned, a member of staff from Ayon Clean will go back to your house and re-clean those areas free of charge. However, we do need to be made aware of the problem within 24 hours of the cleaning to honour our satisfaction guarantee. We will return within two working days or less.

What if I need to change my day of service?

We are happy to change the day of your service so just let us know with a week's notice or more to the day that works better for you.

What if I have to skip a cleaning?

You need to give us at least 48 hours' notice before a visit.

How will you get into my house?

The best approach for you is to ensure that we can begin cleaning as soon as we come, is if you give us a key or a key code. You can always open the door if you are at home.

How do I pay for my cleaning?

We accept Cash, Bank Transfer or Direct Debit.

When do I pay for the cleaning service?

Once services are provided, payment is required. On the day of cleaning, you can leave cash on the kitchen counter (if you are not home), make a Bank Transfer, or set up a Direct Debit.

Who provides the cleaning materials & equipment?

Cleaning products can be provided by Ayon Clean, apart from cloths, vacuum, and mop, as we don't want to risk any cross-contamination between houses. If you require us to use your cleaning products, they must be safe to use and in full working order.

What do I need to get ready for a cleaning?

We kindly ask you to spend a few minutes tidying where necessary to enable the staff to spend all their time cleaning.

What about breakable items?

We refer to these as dangerous items. Anything that is shaky, unstable, or unusually fragile, could injure someone, or would be difficult or impossible to repair if broken, qualifies as a risky object. Examples include breakable ornaments, glassware, vases with hefty tops, and booby-traps like loosely hung mirrors or photographs. We would ask to place dangerous things in areas we won't be cleaning.

What if I need to add some extra tasks or services?

Simply give us a call three business days of your clean to enable us to schedule your additional requirements.

What about my pets?

We love them, and we treat them like our own. Please let us know if your dog, cat, or any other pet has any needs.

Should I have a deep clean every year?

Many of our clients do invest in an annual Premium Cleaning to maintain those hard-to-reach areas that are not covered by the regular maintenance schedule. Because the remainder of the house is already maintained, it will cost less than the initial Premium Cleaning!
